For a full house renovation, the price can go anywhere from Rm 50,000 all the way to Rm 250,000 and above. As there are many different aspect that will be calculated. Among them are the Square Feet of the house, the area that need to be renovated, the electrical, HVAC and Piping works involved, and Type of Residence Unit. For example, a high rise building with the same square feet as landed unit will incur higher cost as the job will be more dangerous.
