First you need to enclose the space if it’s not covered up. Install transparent glass wall and windows at the opening point. You can always tint the wall with dark shade wallpaper. Transform your balcony into a Healing Space
I believe in 2024, everyone will know what the term healing means. For those of you that live in the city, we are basically stuck in traffic jam, light pollution, sound pollution and just almost all the annoying hazard you can think of. So why not use this space as a special healing spot. decorate it with a comfortable sofa, or rattan swinging chair and a book shelf. Put some relaxing book or if you are a fan of manga, then stock it up! To complete the healing space, add a traditional radio or music player with good sound system. Now this idea actually is quite famous and already been done by most people. Why not make this special space for her. Redesign it to be fully enclosed yet with large portion using glass walls. Windows is not necessary here. Put in comfy carpet, a two or three tier cat house, and a catnip plant. Now your indoor cat can see the outside world yet being safe in the house. In-fact this can be a healing spot as well.
